Sean Pitcher founded Blackwater Environmental after selling his previous business (Quesnel Septic) to provide quality design, installation, inspection, maintenance and pumping services to residences and businesses across BC. 

With over 25 years of experience designing, installing and maintaining type 1, 2 and 3 systems province wide, Sean is one of the most experienced ROWP's (registered onsite wastewater practitioners) in BC and only one of about a dozen ROWP's certified in all five areas of practice.  

Sean proudly serves on industry boards, has taught and mentored dozens of ROWP's in training and is a strong advocate of continuing education and improvements in the onsite wastewater industry.
