Be sure to verify the ROWP you select to conduct your inspection is properly certified to conduct inspections and has ample experience providing you with a thorough written report. There are many different types of septic systems, especially when taking older systems into account. Proper knowledge of all types is important in order to receive correct and accurate information from your inspector. 

Undetected, unaddressed or ignored septic system issues can quickly compound and ultimately cost significant amounts of money in repairs or replacement. When a system is maintained properly and minor issues are addressed early, costs are minimal and the onsite wastewater system can function problem free for decades.
